Was promised a $300 giftcard for adding fiber to my service and am now being offered a service from Nvidia i dont want
I won't stand for it. Att's fiber is inferior to webpass. I would NEVER have signed up for 60mbps without an incentive. Webpass offers 1000mps FULL DUPLEX. and guess what ATT isn't going to refund the two months I've paid to hook up an additional isp so I'm not just going to agree to accept some dumb gaming service i don't want or would use.

For help with the $300 Rewards card you were told you would get when you signed up for Internet, you'll need to contact our Rewards Center team. They can be reached by calling 800-288-9983. They are available during these hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday.

It seems that the individual has strong negative feelings towards ATT's fiber service compared to Webpass, with the former offering only 60mbps and the latter offering a much higher 1000mbps. Additionally, the individual is upset that ATT is not willing to refund the two months of service paid for by the individual while they connected with an additional internet service provider. The individual does not want to accept a gaming service that they do not want or need
