Was promised $300 Visa Card, now getting nothing
Long story short, I ordered ATT Fiber in January 2023 and was told I would be receiving a $300 Visa reward card. Over a month later and after several calls to ATT and attempted calls to the Reward Center, I have been told there is no record of this promotion and the best I can be given is $50. This is absolutely a scam. There are multiple posts about people having similar issues. I will take this up with the Better Business Bureau. Now, time to look for a different internet provider.

Odd, I switched over to AT&T Fiber a few months ago and was also offered the $300 Visa card and I received it in the mail less than a month after having the Fiber installed. It's definitely not a scam, I'd say just keep on reaching out to AT&T and ask for a manager or go to a corporate store. Good luck.

I have had fiber for a month and have spoken to reps, managers, and supervisors and all say the same thing - no record of the $300 promotion. So, yes, it is a scam. Glad you got your card.

We can contact the Reward Center on your behalf to see if they can locate the promotion for the reward card, SoundData.
We'll send you a Direct Message to get started. Look for the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page.

1) were you able to resolve this? I'm facing a similar issue...
2) Did you order your service online? if you did, there should be a minimum $100 (or $150 gift card if you ordered internet 1000 or higher) so not sure why it's only $50

Despite several hours of my time on the phone, the response was they could find no record of a $300 promotion being offered in January 2023. A manager named George went so far as to give the false equivalency of, “If I call a company and ask for a million dollars, do you think I should get it just because I say they offered it to me?” He said the best he could do was offer me $100 off of my bill.
I called a phone number. I was with Spectrum Internet. The rep told me I was getting $300 for leaving Spectrum to join ATT.

The Only valid $300 promotion was if you ordered new AT&T Internet Fiber service to add to your existing AT&T Cellular plan.
The $150 promotion is for ordering online and then there are a could of other promotions that may be added: a refund of any cancellation fee that your current ISP provide may require break you contract.

At the time, the CSR only said I would be receiving a $300 reward card and made no comments about criteria. If they would go back and listen to the call, they would hear it. I took very good notes and I even clarified with the rep that I did not need to do anything else to get the $300. Again, why would I spend this much time on this if I had not heard this and was making it up (which is what George, the manager, was implying with his million dollar comment)?

I have the same issue, given just a $50 card via email. I was transferred to the loyalty department. I told them I can just go back to Comcast. I had no problem with them and I was just drawn to try something new with the $300 visa reward. The first person couldn't help me, so I was transferred. The second person said I could only qualify for the current $150 and couldn't help me, so they transferred me. The third person kept me on and off hold for about 10 minutes. Now I need to call back on July 7th, to receive the $300 for the claim to be available to me. I will have to check back here to let you know how this process goes.

I have the same issue as well. I was told I would get a $300 Visa Gift Card after New AT&T Fiber installation since I have an existing AT&T Cellular Plan. I went to the rewards center and the only thing that came up was a $150.
I actually filed a complaint with the FCC about this and another issue I had regarding the install. We will see if this gets resolved. I do recommend if you want to get a phone call back quickly from AT&T to file a FCC Complaint against them as well.
