"Undefined" error message when trying to order new service

I have been trying to place an order for new Fiber internet service. The service is available at the address but I keep getting to "bill preferences" and once I type in CC info and select "autopay" an "Undefined" error message appears under "bill preferences" and I can't continue. Chat couldn't help and phone CS just tried to make me order over the phone, but I want to finish my online order and not go through the process again. Can you help?

Try skipping Autopay for the initial order. You can switch to it after your order is submitted and you will still get the $5 discount. It is easy to due via your AT&T online account.

Next do you have any pop-up blockers on your web browser and what web browser are you using?

Hi Dave- I couldn't skip it (all greyed out) BUT I finally got it to work on Chrome, Safari kept giving the same error message. Not sure what that is, but anyway, it works on Chrome. Thanks for getting back to me!
