Hi there, aleeasani. We understand how important it is to be able to access that website. Let's look into your concern further!

To start off, we recommend that you try restarting your Wi-Fi gateway. This can help with clearing any error messages you may get when using your internet. Please follow these steps listed below:

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or modem. If you have:
    • An internal battery backup, remove it
    • DSL, unplug the phone cord from your modem or gateway
  2. Wait 20 seconds.
  3. Put the internal battery back in if you have one.
  4. Plug the power cord back in. If you have DSL service, reconnect the phone cord.
  5. Wait for the gateway or modem to restart and your Broadband light to turn solid green. This can take up to 10 minutes.

Another step that may help is clearing browser history, cache, and cookies. This can help with issues with a website not working properly. Here are some steps you can follow:

If you have a PC running Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer®, or Edge®:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
  3. Select the items you want to clear.
  4. Select the Delete, OK, Clear, or Clear data button, depending on your browser type.
  5. Close and reopen your browser.

If you have a Mac running Chrome or Firefox:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Press Command+Shift+Delete.
  3. Select the items you want to clear.
  4. Select the Delete or Clear button, depending on your browser type.
  5. Close and reopen your browser.

Please let us know if these steps worked for you!
