Service agent does not know what’s going on
Customer service agent told me I had fiber and walked me through. Everything told me I had 500 MB download and 500 MB upload fiber, and when they came to install, they did not have the parts needed to come back and notified me that in fact, fiber was not in that area, my service agent clearly told me it was

Well they can’t give you what they don’t have. Mistakes are made service maps are sometimes wrong
