Rewards Card missing
The sales agent said I will get USD 300 in gift card so I ordered for my new internet connection. He told me to wait for 30 days to receive the gift card. I only received USD 150 card in my mail. Now when I call the rewards helpline, they tell me I am not eligible for the remaining USD 150. I was lied to by the customer car representative who sold me the plan. This fraud and no one at the rewards centre is able to help me now.
I could have just ordered online and got USD 250 but I made the mistake of ordering on the phone and trusting the representative who promised me USD 300. He repeated at least 5 times that I will get USD 300.
I am not sure what to do now, I feel highly disappointed and cheated in the first month of starting service with at&t.
