Reward card not received

ATT sales person sold me 1 G internet saying that $250 reward card will get as part of the order and he sent email confirmation with my 1 G order as below. But still not received my$250 gift card .. Pls request to send gift card asap. Thank you

Just give our rewards team a call at 800-288-9983, and they'll take a look to see when you can expect the card to arrive. You can also track your reward online through the Reward Center. Just enter your claim number or your account number and zip code.

att said they will send after i submit this request now I called att say no notes in the record . Not sure what why keep missing and doing like this pls expiate this request.

"Call the rewards team at 1-800-288-9983" Yes, and you will be on hold forever. When you finally get in touch with someone, they give you the run-around. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they have a special "endless hold line" that they send you to.

I was promised a $50 gift card by upgrading to fiber by June 30, 2022. I did so, but now they tell me I am not eligible for the reward because it was not "authorized."

This is a deceptive business practice. I am going to write to the Wisconsin Attorney General to see if their consumer protection unit will handle this case. Prosecute to the full extent of the law!
