Promised rewards card

when I called to order this fiber optic internet I was promised A $200 gift card for placing an order through the phone but I was still stuck in a contract with xfinity and the salesman offered me another $200 gift card to pay out the xfinity contract so I can start service with att and not being paying for 2 services at once. I have only received one rewards gift card. I have talked to countless AT&T employees and the rewards center, there are notes all over my account verifying that I had spoken with sales department and that they had promised me 2 $200 gift cards and yet the second $200 gift card was canceled for some reason I was told by a supervisor that there was nothing that she can do and I’m very upset with AT&T. them offering us the $400 was one of the main reasons why we switched over from Xfinity. I have had cell phone service with AT&T since 2007 on my moms line. we’ve been with AT&T since it was Cingular. I am very disappointed with AT&T’s integrity and customer service if I do not get help with this matter I will be switching back to Xfinity. Why promise me something and then not fulfill your promise? if someone within AT&T could help out with this problem that would be great I’m tired of being tossed around phone calls.
