Partial Fiber Install
I live in a medium sized community of 263 homes, most of which (189) are townhomes. AT&T was in the community and ran fiber to all the single family homes but excluded the townhomes and I've not been able to find out why. I'm on the board for the HOA and a lot of townhome owners are interested in the fiber service but no one has been able to reach anyone at AT&T that can help.

How many townhomes per building?
As the units are not single family need to request MDU fiber build out.
Someone assigned to visit the property, develop potential plan, budget for build, etc can take up to 2 years.
Over time have seen MDUs get fiber while single homes do not, and your situation of fiber to single homes with no fiber to MDUs.

Thanks, I completed the MDU form but are you suggesting I get as many owners as possible to submit a request as well or will the one I submitted suffice? Is there a level at which I can request the assessment on behalf of the entire community as I'm on the Board of Directors?
