I bought a new house in a master planned community. Builder said ATT will be the provider, but when I call ATT they are unable to locate that address. What should I do?

To get started, we'd recommend checking our website for service availability by inputting your address to see what is available there. If your address doesn't show up, then you can fill out an address research request form, so we're able to take a closer look into if service is supposed to be at your address.
