New Account Open $200 Reward

I moved to a new house in August and opened fiber online. They said they would give you a $200 reward on the initial contract. However, the $200 reward cannot be found on https://rewardcenter.att.com. where can i check this?

@kyunbpark

Yes you need to claim your outstanding Rewards. This is the home page: https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx

Once you get there you must chose " Access Your Rewards" blue button on the left side of the screen. A Pop-Up screen like below will pop up:

You need to enter your AT&T Account Number and your ZIpcode where your service is installed. Click the "Blue Access your Rewards" button.
This should list any valid Rewards for your Account. Give it a try and see if there are 1 or more Rewards for you to claim. And steps to Claim your rewards.
Note: Don't wait 90 days as almost all rewards have a limit of 75 days to claim following your initial install date.

@kyunbpark  ATTHelp Tyler gave you terrible advice.  There are time limits for you to redeem the rewards and waiting that long could easily put you past the end of the window.

The whole rewards card thing is an odd setup.  You get an email with a link and then you go there and claim the reward.

I just had a client set up new fiber service and she got the email within a week of the installation date.  If you haven't already, please check your spam folder as it's not usual for Yahoo/AT&T to put official AT&T emails into that folder!  🙄

If you didn't get the email then I'd call the rewards center.

I was told to go to the rewards page within 2 weeks to redeem $250 + $50 for already having AT&T mobile phones. Except the only email we received says we qualify for Early Termination Fee to be reimbursed since we transferred from Spectrum to AT&T Fiber. I don’t have an Early Termination Fee. I want the rewards we were promised. I have tried calling the Rewards Center and have held for over an hour before hanging up. I have also tried the chat but held waiting for someone to respond. This is ridiculous!

Sorry for the confusion, @kyunbpark

@tonydi and @dave006 are correct.

After maintaining service for 2 to 6 weeks, you should receive an email with instructions on how to redeem the reward. Once you've received this notification, you can go to the reward center and redeem it.

If you have any other questions, just let us know. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

I am having the same problem. . Same thing. I am having problems with the reward. I opened a New FIOs, as I moved to a new state and selected ATT FIOS over the other provider, establish service, paid my first bill, and claimed the rewards,  BUT it now it says I have to present my old bill, from the other provider with my name and address, and that I shall have incurred some sort of ET ( Early termination) charges from cancelling my service- I was HUH?? That is not what what it was stated in the online order page . What was stated was open a FIOS with that many GBs, and  we give you a 250 rewards, that became 200, and now expires in October .WORSE  now it imposes a new totally ridiculous condition I will not meet, because it was for a new installation not for  transferring service from another provider to cover early termination fees...and yes, alas the reward expires in one month and there is  more than hour of wait, as if I have two hours of my day to work on it...

However I have to say, my installation was flawless and the techs were really super... however... not their fault - this rewards thing IS A BIG DRAWBACK  because, I chose ATT over the other provider not for  the reward but for better customer service and transparency.  For the reward I chose to up the strenght of the service level, more power, more expensive. BUMMER , if they did not offer.... it was ok, but THEY TOTTALLY OFFER IT FOR NEW INSTALLATION - Now I start to think  was I mistaken on better service and transparency? so is it poof, is it bogus?!!!

I am having the same problem. Rewards Center puts you on terminal hold and the chat is not available at 4:15 pm CST, really. I changed from Comcast to AT&T and was told I would receive a $ 200.00 Visa Card + $ 50.00 for taking the next available appointment for installation. The e-mail AT&T sends is useless. It wants you to download your last bill and it will refund the termination fee. I have no termination fee, so it is useless to download my last bill, which was $ 8.20.
