We can check our system to see if the address is eligible for service, as the other representatives did, but if it's not, we can only suggest that you fill out an address research request form to be notified when service is available.

When checking addresses on the other street, can they order fiber internet service?

If not, that street is not part of the fiber buildout allocation.

IF yes, suggests all fiber terminal ports are already assigned to select addresses, adding new housing does not mean new capacity has been added. A (4) port terminal is intended to service (4) specific addresses not 6. 

As stated please call and request an address validation case be opened, should be given a case number with response yes/no available in 4 to 6 weeks.
