Need Fiber service Hendersonville, NC

Unfortunately, AT&T holds info about when and where quite closely and even most employees have no idea about that stuff.  It looks like there's fiber in a few areas adjacent to Howard Gap Rd but they're spread out.  Use the interactive map here.

Note that the map isn't the be all, end all when it comes to accurate info so don't take it as gospel.

What's the fastest Internet speed AT&T offers at your address currently?  Sometimes that can help determine if you have any chance at all of getting fiber.

AT&T doesn’t service our area currently at all. 

Really?  Putting your zip code into that map shows a ton of red areas that are served by copper Internet services.  You must be in one of the tiny pockets that aren't marked then.

Well, that's obviously not a good sign at all. 

On the other hand most people who come here looking for fiber because their 3Mbps or 5Mbps or 18Mbps service doesn't work for them would kill for a 300Mbps Optimum service even if it was crappy service, so you have that going for you.  😕

Having no current ATT option is not good...

ATT has another 3.5 years to add 12 million residential addresses within 21 states to the existing 18+ million. This is to be 30 million or 50% of existing hardwired addresses. Having no option is not likely being a part of the upgrade. 

ATT does provide service of some platform to about 96% of addresses in the zip code BUT...
