Multiple Hard credit inquiries on my credit in two days

Hi,

ATT made two times hard credit inquiries to my credit and no one in the sale team and anywhere I call can help me with this and why there has been multiple credit inquiries from ATT in my credit cards.

I called Trans-union, Equitfx and Experion and all of them said that ATT needs to send them an electronic information that it has been a mistake from their side. Otherwise, it will stay there for two years in my credit history.

I have no idea why ATT should do that. It is affecting my score and my life at this point. This is just too much. I need explanation for this. I am getting to a point that to get this to a court and dispute it over there for such actions and playing with people's life. This is unacceptable.

Are you saying you didn’t request service from At&t that required a credit check? Or is it the fact they pulled 2?

I applied to have 1000 mpbs internet and I was asked for my SSN and to identify my identity, they asked a couple of security questions and I couldn't answer the security questions because they were confusing. I did it again and Credit karma sent me this alert that ATT has done hard inquiry on your credits two times.

ATT is a large company and why they should do this inquiry two times and they didn't save my records for the first time. I want these inquires to be gone from my credits ASAP. I have not even been able to get the internet because I am so afraid of ATT to do this for the third time.

That's it, no one is working in ATT to help me out to remove these hard inquiries because of the mistakes ATT did?

Thank you so much ATT for being so supportive and helping your customer. Hopefully you understand that I am being sarcastic here.

This is a customer forum not At&t they don’t read the forums so you won’t get an official response from them.

-------------------INCLUDED IN EACH POST FOR CLARIFICATION______
While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

Well I call your customer service or whatever it is that it does not even help. They said that we cannot help and we have not encountered with such problem. A corporate level employee needs to help you and you need to follow up that here in the forum. They said we do not have access to corporate level. Everyone is passing me around. What is this? I want these inquiries to go away from my credit.
