Multiple addresses come up for the same house

Hello,

Who can I contact to make address corrections so they can delete multiple addresses that comes up on AT&T.com and AT&T internal system. I live in a house which is a single story and there should be only one address for it but when I type in my address on AT&T.com, 4 addresses pull up. Some are showing rear building or rear unit asking me to choose but there is no other units or any buildings, it's only the main house and I really need to get this fixed. As result, we receive same advertisements multiple times in the mail because the system thinks there is more than 1 building here which is not. I am hoping someone can tell me who is the person that has the abilities in AT&T to get this corrected.

For the concern you are having, you will need to contact your local postal office to correct this. The reason for this is that our systems tie into theirs to show you exist. AT&T does not perform this. You have to go to the USPS with supporting documentation. Contact your local post office to determine what you need to do to perform the changes requested. Hello CalebP, thank you for your response. I know and I understand what you mean exactly but this is not the case. USPS has nothing to do with this because my address is correct with them and all other companies I deal with. I have services with other companies such as electric, gas, Verizon, Spectrum, T-Mobile and all of them my address is exactly the same and it's correct, it's only AT&T I have this problem with and that's why I said someone from AT&T created these sub addresses for my house. Let me explain to you what I think has happened. I believe about 15 years ago some people used to live in the back of the house and they had their own AT&T internet service but such a thing don't exist anymore. I believe whenever AT&T showed up here to sell them internet, either AT&T salesperson or their supervisor or customer service people manually created these additional fakes addresses so when all the mail comes to the mail box and it says rear unit or back unit, whoever gets the mail from the mailbox will see that on the envelope and would hand it to the people living in the back. There is always been one address and one mailbox for this house so that's how they were separating their mail. I just need to talk to a person that can correct this. They need to leave the main address the way it is and delete the other 3 sub addresses someone at AT&T created. I am sure it can be done. Thank you and have a great day.
