Messed up appointment dates??
I picked a certain day for my internet installation. It was available and my order placed. I got an email confirming this date.
But then the phone notification tells me its on a different day, later than what I agreed to.
I go to live chat to get this figured out. After talking with 3 different people, one of which was a supervisor. I was offered no solution or compensation for my problem only a reschedule to a slightly earlier time but still not the one I ordered. Needless to say, I will be taking my time and money to a provider whose website and employees actually work.
