No one who actually knows is going to post that information here. You will know for sure when you see them boring the fiber conduits, placing vaults, handholes and PFPs. Until then, it's basically a guessing game.

ATT offers three internet platforms, most common (40%) is Fiber To The Node (FTTN) which offers speed tiers from 25 to 100.
Fiber To The Premise (FTTP) is around 30% of 21 state footprint with speeds of 300 or greater. While the other 30% is ADSL2+ with speeds of 18 or less.
