Hi it’s been a year since I’ve moved into a new property optic fiber has been ran thru my property and att workers have finished working on this big brown boxes across my street recently one of my neighbors were giving the green light to be able to get internet wifi but I’m still not able to get it . Is there a form or a way to chat with a agent to get more information on when I’ll be able to get internet thank you

Att doesn’t announce fiber plans. Define neighbor, across the street, next to you, 3 houses down, different street, etc. Overhead or underground wiring?

Hello,
Your best bet would be to call AT&T sales (866-861-6075) and try to order AT&T fiber. If there is confusion as to whether your address can qualify for fiber, they may be able to submit a ticket for the engineer to investigate.
