Instant On order processing for over an hour
I signed up for a plan through my apartment building and att Instant On service and i was told i would recieve an email shortly with instructions to set up my account. I havent recieved any email and I do have to be connected to the internet fairly soon. For an "instant" service i didnt think i would be waiting still after over an hour.

Update: it has now been 15 hours since then and still no email. If any att employee could please tell me as to what is going on i would be very grateful.

Update: It has just now gone through. Just a heads up to AT&T, if you name your service "Instant On" and advertise internet browsing 20 minutes after ordering, dont take 16+ hours to process an order. That way i wouldnt have missed my morning online class for college (Edited per community guidelines).
