However not showing as available online-Fiber was Installed ?

Fiber was installed in my Apartment complex - This happened months ago. The techs came - Installed it in my unit and I can see the Jack on my living room wall.

BUT the online address verification tool says I don't have it!

Can anyone from AT&T help with this please?

Do any units show up when checking with the Availability link: https://www.att.com/availabilty and have you tried different versions of your Apartment address?  Also try just the main address of the MDU property?

Examples: Unit A, Apt A, building number + Unit or Apt number

What does your wall jack look like or could you post a pic using the Pic icon below the Posting window? It is right next to the Paper Clip (Create Hyperlink) Icon.

Note: It is also possible that the Infrastructure is not complete and ready for service even though it is all set in your unit.

So you are FIber Ready but need the outside Fiber drop install. That part is normally done once an order is possessed. Do you live in a market like Californian where the conduit has to be in place from the street to your unit. They have to open another ticket to get that team to compete the install.

. I saw two AT&T working on spicing and they said they had until April 30th to complete the work order. It looked like they could have finished before then, but nevertheless, that was the deadline.  AT&T Fiber was finally offered at my neighborhood. I signed up for 2Gbps & got an install date ASAP. A tech came out and set me up, but there's an Engineering issue with the

Im looking at the Fiber 1000 Package, is it truly unlimited data as well? They wont throttle or anything if I go over a certain amount?

Unlimited is unlimited. No throttling or traffic shaping or anything and no soft or hard thresholds. Very simple.

Fiber became available in my neighborhood this summer. I signed up the day it went live (a Sunday). My earliest install was the Sunday after, so I took it. Wednesday of that week, someone came and ran the line from the street box, to the side of the house; Friday of that week, someone came and converted the cable that was sticking out of the ground into the box on outside of the house. The Sunday of the install appointment, guys game and ran the line from the box (along the outside of my house) to where I told them I wanted the jack).

If you already have a move-in date/own the new place, I'd sign-up and just take the earliest appointment date they have. That will get the ball rolling. I did all of this online. Never spoke to anyone on the phone for it.
