How to waste 2+ hours trying to get AT&T fiber service

Tried to order fiber online, couldn't proceed because of an issue. Went to chat, got to the point of needing soft credit check but I have a freeze at the the 3 bureaus because of credit fraud on my card a few years ago. I unfroze for a day, but happens after an hour so wasted 40 min there. I chat they said I should call for service and they could probably help. I waited an hour and then called and the first thing I said is I have a freeze on my accts should we go forward, nothing. Go through the whole process again (now they try to upsell me too) get to the soft credit check and there's a problem. I said I unfroze one, they say you have to temporarily unfreeze all 3, for $55 mo service. I am into this over 1.5 hrs on the third try and they say the only way forward is to temporarily unfreeze all three bureaus?? Figured I'd try in person. At least they were able to tell me quickly that I have to unfreeze all three credit bureaus. So long and short is unless I unfreeze all three services, I cannot set up service online, through a chat, through a call center and in person? I even had UVerse at old house for years and years, and really good credit, but it shouldn't be this hard
