How to get fiber in my area?
Fiber is not in my apartment complex but it is in the surrounding homes all over my zip code, what is the best way I can go about getting into my complex? I have tried ATT support and they cant really say for sure just that its planned I guess. Tried reaching out to the corporate office of my complex to ask them and get zero response. I just think its really unfair and Id like to try and do something about it.
Any advice helps, regardless of how it may feel/seem.

ultimately its up to your complex to bring in fiber from at&t the apartments would need to install the infrastructure which at&t doesnt do

I can understand that, but is there a process to get that to happen? Do i need to get more people to ask? or is there a way to big for it on customer behalf.

entirely up to your complex, now if you had a single family home thats a different story, you cant request fiber on behalf of your complex, they either build for everyone or no one.
