Help911

I've been dealing with trying to get internet at my home for over a year now. My home is not a new home, it's been here for many years and I know for a fact that my neighbors have internet through at&t. I have to work from someone else home just to continue working for the company I work for which makes it very inconvenient for me and my family. I've called many times trying to get my home in the green to have internet and they keep telling me it's not available so how can my neighbors get it but I can't.
