Gigapower/Fiber available at neighbors address but not mine

I'm a current customer with Gigapower service. However, I am planning to move in the next couple weeks, to a house in the neighborhood adjacent to my current one. I'd really like to get Gigapower service at my new house, but it doesn't seem to be available according to the ATT site. However, there is a box in the ground at my new house, which is identical to the box in the ground at my current house, which is where my current fiber service comes from. So it seems to me that I should be able to get Gigapower service at my new house since it's available at my neighbors (according to a quick check of ATT site) and it seems like the service box is on my property.

@ATTCares From reading other posts similar to my issue, sounds like my address just needs to be 'added to the map' or 'greenlit' but I am unsure of the best way to accomplish this?
