FIBER MAPPING MISMATCH: Not available at my home despite positive results on https://www.att.com/internet/fiber/coverage-map/
I moved to my current home after verifying with ATT that Fiber is available here via https://www.att.com/internet/fiber/coverage-map/. Two separate techs have come out to attempt to install fiber. They fail, indicating that the hardware to actually connect my house to Fiber is on the other side of the road.
Numerous calls to customer service to correct the map have been unsuccessful.
My worry is that if ATT itself is unaware that there's no fiber at my address, they won't know to roll out fiber infrastructure here at any point in the future.

We're sorry to see that you were misinformed about Fiber availability, apkunesh.
It appears that the Fiber lines weren't expanded to service your home, and sadly, we don't have the ability to tell you if or when it will be. We also don't have the ability to update or change the coverage map.
For more information about Fiber availability, we recommend visiting our article that discusses AT&T Internet availability and your home in greater detail. You'll learn about why Fiber may not be available at the moment and how to be notified if/when it is.
If you have more questions about AT&T Fiber or anything else, just let us know.

What type of road?
Is the fiber aerial to a pole or buried to a pedestal?
Are the immediate neighbors addresses to left and right showing fiber availability?
If residential subdivision on pole is there a pole on your side a line can be connected to?
