Fiber Internet
needing help trying to get att to add my address so i can transfer my services. I have tried calling but really no help. My house is a new build and my builder put in fiber wiring and he even called the city and they said that att has to take it from here.

New subdivision?
can neighbor address order service?
pics? Outside terminal location? Aerial or underground?
If the neighbors can order or have ATT fiber need to call and request an address validation case be opened.
Given a number for reference, may take a month or more to have address added to database.
Can you receive mail, address in USPS database?

All the streets behind mine have att fiber internet just no one can on my street . And our builder has confirmed there is fiber wiring. Yes my address is validated on usps and google maps and Apple Maps.

Do you know how to make this process faster and what exactly I need to do or who to call? I got a ticket number already for it but idk if that’s the correct thing to do
