Fiber installed in neighborhood, when will it become active
Over the summer we had utilities installers laying ATT fiber. There were signs up for it in many yards, and they went through our yard. I still can’t sign up for the service though, when will it be available for me to sign up?

No one here knows exactly but keep checking once per week There is no specific schedule. It could be 90 days from today or more than 6 months based on availability of equipment.
Next thing you should see is some AT&T trucks with small trailers passing through parts of your neighboring streets and then a pause and the at some future point it may be available to order at your address.
Did they happen to install a ground box in your yard or on either side of your address. Here is an example. Note: once installed only the Green lid will be above ground.

Hopefully, I'm in that final "pause" part of the timeline. Splice trailers & vans were working the previous couple of weeks. Today 1 truck was parked at a manhole 50' from the underground bunker where the the fiber ends up. Spoke to one of the splice guys last week who said they only had a couple more to complete and then it would be ready. fingers crossed...
