Dissappointed that I did not receive my AT &T gift card.
I switched from being a Spectrum customer for 20 years to AT &T internet. I signed up online because I was offered a $200 gift card for switching. I read all the fine print and signed up for the Fiber optic plan. I did this in August. I inquired about my gift card in October and was told I did not have the plan the card was offered for. After having a two hour long chat with a wonderful representative (chat id 426543717478305829) she was not able to help me. She referred me to the loyalty program and after speaking with them, they referred me to the rewards program that which in turn, said they could not help. Evidently, my plan was changed when it was installed as the fiber optic was not available in my area although, I signed up for it and it let me create my account. I am very disappointed in AT &T for false advertising and for not making good on a promised reward that was no fault of my own. I am thinking of switching back to Spectrum now due to this issue.
