Disqualified awards

When I ordered ATT fiber online, I qualified for three awards including one for $50 for SPRING50 promo code.  Now the rewards people are telling me I do not qualify for some bogus reason.  I consider this fraud and want to know if anyone else has been promised an award when they ordered the service and then had ATT disqualify them after the order was completed.

Nope I have always received all my Reward cards. I did 2 upgrades in the last year. May 2021 and Dec 2021 and received a total of $700 (350x2) in Visa Gift cards.

Did you sign up completely Online with no help from 1-800-288-2020 CSR service?

How long ago was your install and did verify your Rewards in time before they expired and did you have active service when you tried to claim your reward(s)?

What happens when you use the web page for the Rewards site: https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx

Select "Access Your rewards" button and complete the pop-up with your Account number (BAN) and Zipcode.

i signed up entirely online and never spoke with anyone from ATT.

my install was May 5, 2022.  On the rewards website my missing award does not appear at all.  I had to call the rewards center to ask what happened and they said it was disqualified because I could not get it with the $150 award for signing up for fiber, even though I was able to include it in my online order.

When I go to the rewards center website, I see my two other awards but not the third.

OK the different rewards have different redemption requirements. Some are available as soon as you install service. Others are for keeping service active so they tend to be 4-6 weeks after install. Did you receive an email or Postcard with your initial Reward Notifications?  They are sent based on the customers personal profile for communication from AT&T.

You still have a couple of days to waiting but any valid Rewards should be listed in the Rewards Center under the links I provided above by June 20th. (we have 2 national holidays in the mix to account for).

If they notifications come via email they may fall into a spam or junk folder so check there depending on your email client.

You just need to keep checking the web site as the key dates are close to see if the missing offers appear.

The award for SPRING50 was valid when I ordered online, but it was later disqualified by the award center using a rule that was not in effect when I ordered.  It is no longer visible on the rewards center site.  I had to call to find out it had been disqualified after I included it in my order. Just out of the blue they discovered a rule that was not known by the ordering system.  That is my complaint- they sold it as available but after the fiber was ordered, they disqualified it.
