ATT Fiber not available although the fiber cable is buried just behind the house.

Some time ago, ATT installed the fiber cable between my house and the house behind (where our property line is). However, fiber is not available in my house. Can you please tell me when fiber would be available?

We are continually expanding our fiber footprint to more households every day. You can sign up for a notification if it does become available in the future, by filling out this quick online form. We will send you a notification via your preferred method as soon as AT&T Fiber becomes available to you.

 

AT&T Fiber may not be available for a variety of reasons, such as distance, equipment availability, and more. Learn more about why service may not be available yet at a location.

I checked all that. I was just wondering why fiber is not available when the line is buried on my property line.
