ATT fiber issue

Has anyone had this issue when getting internet installed with ATT? I live in a new construction in a new neighborhood with fiber ran. I was told that I have up to 5GBps internet at my address. For 2 months att has been giving me billing credits but has never installed the service. They keep saying there is outside facilities issues. It’s been actually approaching 2.5 months. I have $300 in billing credits and have been getting HBO max. This is good because I think that promo has ended. But it’s not a fiber issue because I got spectrum fiber and they came out next day and installed it from the main fiber terminal. Getting 1gb down and 500mbps up. It’s nice but I want ATT. Not only do I have the $300 in bill credits, I also signed up with the $250 gift card. Plus I would like the 2gbps service. My address hasn’t shown up in google maps yet or anywhere else. It was hard for spectrum to find it. Maybe that’s the issue? Not sure. Just wanted to see if anyone else has this issue.

Yes it is a Fiber issue. AT&T and Spectrum don't share Fiber. Each ISP provides their own infrastructure including the Fiber to your address. What AT&T services show for your address when you check this link:

https://www.att.com/availability

Normally "outside facilities" issues are related to Fiber or issues with the PFP install or upgrade still waiting for equipment on conduit to be run. Is your new neighborhood being developed in stages or sections?

Also have you registered your address with the US Post Office for mail as that is the first step in getting your street and address showing up in many third-party tools like Google.
