AT&T fiber internet

So I just ordered the AT&T fiber service. It stated it would send me an install date or something of that nature and then 1-2 days after that I’d receive the equipment. I haven’t even received an email of the order or a confirmation number. I have a wireless account with AT&T as well but I can’t even see it on there because I don’t have an account number for my interest service
