AT&T fiber fiasco

After wasting lots of times and jumping through a million hoops, I was told to submit an address validation ticket as fiber is available on my street but doesnot show up for me. Finally got that submitted. Talk to AT&T yesterday to know the status update and was told Networking team is off on Sunday, so will call me back on Monday at 10 am. From my previous experiences I knew no one will and no one did. So I get in touch with AT&T again to waste more time. This time the guys says I know you have contacted several times, let me connect you to my supervisor. He just gave me the cookie cutter responses, will let you know when it is available blah blah blah. I said can I talk to Networking team to understand why my neighbor can get fiber from the same node as our connections are running from and not me? No you can't connect to them. So waste your time and hear the generic good for nothing stuff from the people who don't know crap about anything. AT&T can't get their act together. Had no update on my ticket and can't get to networking team who could have had some answers to the problem.

Yes, it will be 4 weeks this Saturday. I don't mind hearing it if it is not processed but they tell you lies. Like I was told yesterday I will get a call today, I never did at the time they said. Then the person tells me we will tell you when it is in your area, I mean come on it is all the way up and down my street what else are we waiting for. Just pathetic service. Talk to those who know nothing and can't talk to the ones who would know about the setup here I mean their networking team.

Give them another 2 weeks and then inquire. They may have other higher priority things going on than one person getting connected.
