ATT DID NOT PROVIDE GIFT CARD AS PROMISED

Hello Att, I have been calling the rewards center to no avail. I was promised a 300$ gift card through sams club and it was not delivered. 

I have escalated this issue as I have been calling daily since April 7th when I opened services, and now I was told that since 120 days have elapsed, I am now uneligible for my gift card. Even though I have been calling in regards to my gift card since April.

I am very frustrated and I feel as though this has been orchestrated intentionally so that I would lose my gift card. 

Someone PLEASE assist me. I shouldn't be punished for now redeeming a card in 120 days when I was refused assistance.

at&t doesnt issue sams club cards those are issued by sams club, has nothing to do with at&t

There's your problem.  You didn't order through AT&T, you ordered through a third-party reseller.  Resellers have a history of making stuff up to get a sale.

Normally AT&T just points people back to the reseller but Sam's Club must have made enough people angry that AT&T has set up their own team to deal with Sam's Club problems.

Call 1-855-972-0089 and see what they can do for you.  Please come back and report what happened, good or bad.

I was told I would get a $300 Sam Club card to sign up with new services there , and I did and still nothing I’m on the phone with the rewards center abs I been on hold for 1 hour and 30 mins and still no one has picked up … I think the AT&T there in Sams club lie , there was even a flyer there that said get new services and you will get a $300 gift card !! But it’s all lies …
