At&t can't seem to get my address right

AT&T keeps sending the installation to my old address. I have been on the phone for hours with them this week. And they can't seem to get the order right. I just reschedule my installation and again I just got a text message that the installation man is going to the wrong address. Has anyone had this problem?

My old address is turned off.  I have completely moved out.  The Mail is changing currently.  However, AT&T sent my equipment to the correct address (my new address) and correctly turned off my service the day I moved out.  I will check the billing and service address, but I don't understand why they would not have changed them since I did call in and inform them of the move and they sent the equipment out correctly.
