Address validation
I am a wfh customer advocate rep for AT&T mobility LLC and I have been having a hard time receiving internet in my house I live in the back in unit b but the people in the front have att fiber already how do I get my unit b to show up in the ATT SYSTEM??

First does the address show within local government databases as a separate address on the tax roles… it is zoned for multi family housing?
ATT data base has to recognize the address as multi family with separate addresses such as unit #, apartment #, duplex, etc.
Once that is correct can request an address validation case to be opened to verify the address and service available at each unique location.
If this is setup as a single family home, instead of multi family… can only have one account per address, then will need to consider ordering service from your local cable company unless or until the main address cancels their service.
