You would be looking for dedicated business services not residential service....
Dedicated business is a 1:1 fiber connection instead of 1:32 of residential.
Plans start at $550 per month for a 10/10 fiber connection, around $1080 per month for 100/100. It has been awhile since looking at the pricing website but your 1000 connection on dedicated business is likely around $2200 per month with 2G around $4k or $1000 per week.
5G and 10G and higher would be available at different price points...
For those that can afford $50k to $100k per year for internet you can order the speed these will purchase.
The service comes with a SLA, several year agreement, and I believe auto renews.

1 GB won't support your security system and smart devices? I don't think so.
Please expound upon why you think this and why 2 GB will be enough.

I have WIFI cameras around the property, average continuous bandwidth is around 1.2 GB and during windy days it could go up due to the motion of the trees, plants, shades and traffic. I have approx 40+ devices from smart locks, garage hubs, gate openers, switches, Amazon devices and many portable electronic devices, some are disconnected otherwise the network becomes unstable. Yeah I can easily visualize why I think I could use 5GB or more. I know is available in my area and just need to contact someone, every time I try to send an email to ATT support I get this run around and end up in the same spot I started with. Last time I contacted them about the 1GB service I was told it wasn't available in my area and guess what, it was and finally got it after talking to several people! I like to know who I need to contact.

2 GB may be in test somewhere, but it is not in general release. However, in your situation, I think I'd try managing my output a bit better. A 4K movie usually takes less than 25 Mbps. If you have 60 cameras out there generating 4K, then the problem is not your Internet connection, it's you.
BTW, AT&T doesn't want customers who will be upstreaming over 1 Gbps continuously, neither does anyone want to be on your fiber.

Is not a problem, I can manage it pretty good, everything works fine! But yeah my point is you need more than 1GB to run a smart home, if that is what you are looking for as I am. There are over 20 switches in the house and before going to bed I don't have to go around the house, downstairs upstairs, turning off lights and stuff everything is on a schedule, so yeah. I talk to the techs quite often and I know is available locally and some already have it and are running their networks with better results such as running their cameras at higher resolutions.

You not need to be uploading that much video all the time. Even if you capture that much, you should capture it to local servers and stream only what you need to stream out.
It doesn't take more than 1 gbps to run a smart home, unless the home is a lot smarter than you are.
I have switches, cameras, speakers, controls, etc. and my average upstream for the past month was 213.2 kbps. But the world doesn't need to see all my cameras at once in 4K resolution, and neither does it need to see yours.
