When will fiber internet lines be moved underground in my neighborhood?

The local utility, SDG&E has move above-ground powerlines underground, and has just removed the above ground wires. The local cable provider has also relocated their lines underground. The poles are scheduled to be take down by December 2023. The only active above ground wires are now from AT&T Fiber. When will these wires be relocated underground? Or will I need to switch to Spectrum? Location in San Diego is in the Bay Park neighborhood.
