Water in backyard
ATT just recently came into my neighborhood and installed the basis for what will be ATT fiber. Crews were nice, did all the right things. All property repaired. They have since moved on from Wichita to somewhere else. A very nice Romanian gentlemen was the crew leader. However, yesterday I noticed that there is a muddy spot where they dug in...obviously they have nicked some sort of water line. It's nothing of mine; I have no water lines going through that area of my yard. I tried to call ATT numbers...was passed on to at least six different operators and almost every time was given the number 800-246-8464 (which was the 1st number I was given, the 2nd person I called).
Who can I contact to let them know that this water line was hit? I just need these guys to swing back by and repair whatever it is.
I am not currently an ATT customer. Maybe, once this fiber is finally turned on and offered.

Here is more information on AT&T property claims for damages. Scroll down to the file a new claim section, you will need the location and pictures for this. Once you have this information together, call the Claim Center at 855-365-4976 to file a new claim.
