Verse Gigapower delayed browsing/loading videos
I have uVerse Gigapower in Austin 2 weeks now. When I run speed tests I get super fast speeds 800-990 MB/sec. However, just browsing I get 5-10 second delays just to load a video or display pics on some pages. If I just wait, the page will always load but makes for a very frustrating experience. I still have my Time Warner Cable which is only a 50 MB connection compared to the uVerse 1 GB connection. The Time Warner browsing is always much more fluid and pages load instantly and seamless between clicks. I hate to drop uverse, because the max speed is incredible, but the delays in very basic browsing is consistent for a couple weeks now (Router and Modems both been reset/rebooted, PCs have been rebooted/cache cleared). No difference. I consistently get the same experience described when switching between TWC and uVerse.
I'm wondering if the software AT&T is using in the backend to monitor our usage is causing this issue.
HELP>>> anyone else experiencing this???

Hi @blakestoner,
I am so sorry about the issues you are having with your internet service, but I will be glad to help. A few things that have helped others out are disabling IPv6 on the U-verse gateway and manually setting up your DNS addresses.
To disable IPv6
To set your DNS address, depending on the device you have, you can usually access the adapter settings and manually set it up. I would suggest trying Google's (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
Hope this helps.
