Was att uverse internet available in richmond, tx 77469 and rosenberg, tx 77471 back in july of 2006?  Would anyone happen to know by any chance?  Would there be a way to know such information?  Rsvp.  Thank you.

In all probability no, however if there was these would have been some of the very first accounts, know anyone in that area with the first numbers of the account be 1000xxxxx.

The more likely possibility would have been LEGACY DSL with best speed of internet 6.

The first markets would have been San Antonio neighborhoods and Houston area. Your question concerns the SW part of the Houston market that was first active in November 2006... for July 2006 would need to be in the San Antonio area based upon the time line.

The initial rollout would have been very select areas, the Milwaukee market was 1st quarter 2007, I know of 2 area techs hired in 2006 for the Milwaukee market sent to Texas for their 3 months of training to be ready for the Milwaukee launch.

So that would be asking if U-Verse (non-fiber) launched there (since it came online in June 2006). Though it was rebranded AT&T Internet. Not aware of an official way to find out.

What is the purpose of that info? Perhaps other guidance could be provided on the situation.
