Supervisor Contact Information
Does anyone have any contact info for a supervisor in AT&T Fiber group? I place an order for AT&T Fiber for a new house on November 8 and I'm still without service. I've been consistently lied to by AT&T agents regarding timing of the install, the service wasn't initially available at my address like they said it was, I've taken off multiple days from work to meet AT&T agents at the house, I was scheduled to meet a tech today between 9-11a and didn't hear anything from AT&T until 12:12pm letting me know the AT&T tech was running late. Whenever I reach out to tech support, I get passed between agents or between departments without anything getting resolved. Anyways, this is my first attempt to use AT&T for internet service and I'm ready to move back to Comcast Xfinity. HELP!

Thanks, but you answer in no way helps me. The issue is not so much the delay in install, it's been the purposeful miscommunication and constant re-direction from AT&T. It's obvious that AT&T doesn't really want to help me as a customer, they just want to keep re-directing me to different departments until I give up.
Please provide a way for me to contact a supervisor in the group that manages the installs of AT&T fiber.
