So frustrated with AT&T service
I ordered my internet in February and still nothing. They kept pushing back the date of my installation and kept giving me the run around. So today, June 10th, 2019, I decided to chat and ask one of the customer service techs to see what was going on and they told me that I had to put in a whole new order and that my last order was completed. Mind you, my internet was never installed. So I asked them to check on the reason behind my internet being marked completed and then they made me wait for a couple minutes and they made it so the chat was busy and I can’t chat with anyone anymore. I can’t talk on the phone because it is loud where I am so I prefer being on chat. This is the worst service ever!!!!
