Setting up gateway, S/N not found
Trying to set up the gateway BGW210 for ATT internet but when I go to the app to set it up, it tells me the serial code and qr code are not found. Help!! Cannot get in touch with customer service to resolve.

If the serial number and QR code on the gateway are not working, we will need to move this conversation into a direct message. It's possible we may need to get another BGW210 out to you. be on the lookout for a chat notification in the upper right-hand portion of the page, next to the bell icon.
