Sedgwick Examiner Could Not Be Reached
An AT&T technician damaged my air conditioning while connecting internet service. His supervisor verified the damage and filed a claim for me. I received a letter from Sedgwick with the claim number. I provided all information that the letter asks for, and the claim's examiner agreed that I provided all he needed. It's been 3 months I sent so many emails, checking status in mySedgwick account, and made many phone calls, asking for the status of my claim. However, my claim's examiner did not get back to me. My claim is still not paid yet. What do I need to do?

Keep waiting. That's all you can do.
You see all sorts of horror stories in these forums about that company, most of which have the same general theme......data goes in, nothing comes out, people try and push things along by bugging them and then they ghost the user.
Since they're just a middle man between you and the insurance carrier they just add another layer of delay onto what is already a long process when dealing with insurance companies.
I suspect they eventually come through
