New Construction Install

I moved to SC in a new community, verified that there is service for AT&T and proceeded to transfer my service. The technician came to the new address and advised that there is no signal in the box and would have to open a ticket. That was on 6/28/23. Days went by with no update. I called to request another install and made sure the rep knew what the issue was. The rep assured me that the technician was coming to fix the signal issue. My appointment was today (7/3/23) from 8-10 am. No one showed up! Now my Home Manager app wants me to reschedule again. I keep losing my place in line and this is beyond frustrating. Chats and phone calls are not working. I work from home and my employer requires me to be hard wired in. What do I need to do to get internet service at my new address in a timely manner? If not, I will be forced to go with another ISP. I have been with AT&T for years.

It is common for new communities to have install problems. Get the other isp until ATT gets your service activated and installed. Since you work from home you should keep two isp’s. One as a main and one as a backup.
