Need Utility Easement Encroachment Release Letter for Miami-Dade County
I am building a structure that will encroach into a utility easement and Miami-Dade zoning is requiring a release letter from the utility companies. I've obtained them from all the utility companies except for AT&T. The contacts they provided me all have non-working numbers. Apparently, I need to contact the construction and engineering department for the Southeast. How can I get this release letter (letter of no objection) or what phone or email can I contact to request this?
