IP Passthrough settings
I am exploring IP Passthrough in order to use an RPi Pi-Hole and DNS resolver. Without instruction from ATT, I have a router set up with Static IP, mirroring the ATT Fiber Gateway settings:
copied the WAN IP address and gateway;
and I guessed the subnet mask to be 255.255.254.0;
and tried 1.1.1.1 for Static DNS. I also created my own Hostname and Domain Name.
It seems to work for my purposes. However, are there better settings that I should have consulted ATT about?

It sounds like you covered the basics but please review the steps below just to confirm.

There's some good information in this thread:
Discussion of NAT, Bridge Mode & IP Passthrough https://forums.att.com/conversations/att-internet-equipment/strict-nat-bridge-mode-what-is-ip-passthrough-can-i-enable-on-my-arris-bgw210-or-like-router/5defbfffbad5f2f606ad5ed2#M29310

Yes, thank you. That thread is what got me to my present setup. I tried to use the link at the bottom of the page for further help [http://soc.att.com/2yWQY0T], but it failed.
