Internet/Horrible installation

I moved from DFW to North Alabama 6 months ago. Internet and wireless service went from good to awful. I had Internet installed at my new residence and wires were left hanging from the outside of the house. I assume 5G is being installed in the area by the way my yard looks after them digging. In addition too that, I was working from home 2 weeks ago when the internet just randomly went out without any notice and stayed out for over 48 hours causing me and others that work from home to lose wages. When I called for a credit for the month, I was offered $4.

This has been the worst 6 months with AT&T. Consumers BEWARE!!!!
