Internet 1000 Installation Delayed
Hi AT&T Forums,
My installation was scheduled for 7/31/2020 9am-11am. The technician mentioned that something was awry and requested assistance from an AT&T maintenance team. The AT&T maintenance team has already left without giving any information, and the order/installation status reads "Your installation is delayed. Please contact us for more information."
My technician hasn't provided any updates since the maintenance team left, and it's already five in the afternoon.
- How do I contact AT&T support team to provide any updates in regards to the installation status?
- Is (800) 288 -2020 the correct number to dial for status updates?
